"App" as used here in refers to all products and services owned and operated by Likes Grid for Instagram Post Team.

Upon the Purchased Content being made available to you, Likes Grid for Instagram Post's obligations to provide Purchase Content are deemed fulfilled.
The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Additional Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles. The United Nations Conventions for International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.
without limiting the foregoing, except as expressly stated in these terms, you understand and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk and that the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Likes Grid for Instagram Post expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions including, without limitation, warranties and conditions of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non- infringement, and those arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Likes Grid for Instagram Post makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any materials, information or data available through, or the performance of, the services.
Likes Grid for Instagram Post does not represent or warrant that (a) you will be able to access or use the site, services and/or the application at the times or locations of your choosing; (b) that operation of the site, services or the application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (c) your use of the site, services or the application will meet your requirements; (d) defects in the operation of the site, services or the application will be corrected; or (e) the site, services or the application is free of viruses or other harmful components.
you acknowledge and agree that any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the site, services or the application is at your own risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer, mobile phone or other device or any loss of data resulting from downloading or obtaining such material.
without limiting the foregoing, Likes Grid for Instagram Post shall have no liability for:
any adverse effect to your computer or other software as a result of your use of the services, or as a result of any content available through the services;
your use of (or inability to use) the site, the application or any site component thereof, including submissions, content, video and any transactions that involve the services;
any material available (or intended to be available) on or by means of the services or information or advice received by means of the services;
any error or omission of Likes Grid for Instagram Post, or any act or omission of any third party;
any error, delay, interruption, operational problem, unavailability, or failure in the site, the application or any component thereof, or any directly or indirectly related equipment, system, programming, or network (including the internet);
