These Terms of Service, ("Terms" or "Agreement") are between Top Likes for Instagram Magic("Top Likes for Instagram Magic," "we," "us," "our" ) and you, an individual user ("you," "your," "yours"), and govern your use of Top Likes for Instagram Magic owned mobile software application, websites, or extensions that have been made available for download (each, an "App," and together, the Apps) or on any Top Likes for Instagram Magic owned website and any related websites or other online properties owned or controlled by Top Likes for Instagram Magic (together with the Apps, the "Service").

You must not interfere or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature, or access Top Likes for Instagram Magic's private API by any means other than in compliance with rules we set on API access.
4. You must not spam or submit any unwanted email or comments to any users of the Top Likes for Instagram Magic services, or use web URLs in your username without prior written consent from Top Likes for Instagram Magic.
5. You are not allowed to resell or charge others for use of or access to the Top Likes for Instagram Magic services, or duplicate, reproduce, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the Top Likes for Instagram Magic services in any medium without Top Likes for Instagram Magic's prior written authorization
6. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in Top Likes for Instagram Magic’s sole discretion, result in a ban of Top Likes for Instagram Magic usage. You understand and agree that Top Likes for Instagram Magic cannot and will not be responsible for the Content stylize on the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. If you deactivate your account, you will no longer have access to previously Purchased Content even if you later re-activate your account or create a new account. Upon the Purchased Content being made available to you, Top Likes for Instagram Magic's obligations to provide Purchase Content are deemed fulfilled.
The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Additional Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles. The United Nations Conventions for International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.
Top Likes for Instagram Magic Service is provided “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. You use the Top Likes for Instagram Magic Service at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Top Likes for Instagram Magic and all owners of the content make no representations and disclaim any warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Top Likes for Instagram Magic be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation of any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage):
- Access to the Service or inability to access to the Service;
- Any third party's conduct, content, information or data;
- Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and/or use of (or your inability to access and use) the Top Likes for Instagram Magic services, including, without limitation, making private content public or any damage caused to your computer or software or information stored thereon;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of Top Likes for Instagram Magic Services and/or any and all personal, private, and/ or other information stored therein.
