"App" as used here in refers to all products and services owned and operated by Super Likes for Instagram Pal Team.
These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and Super Likes for Instagram Pal.

4. You must not spam or submit any unwanted email or comments to any users of the Super Likes for Instagram Pal services, or use web URLs in your username without prior written consent from Super Likes for Instagram Pal.
5. You are not allowed to resell or charge others for use of or access to the Super Likes for Instagram Pal services, or duplicate, reproduce, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the Super Likes for Instagram Pal services in any medium without Super Likes for Instagram Pal's prior written authorization
6. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in Super Likes for Instagram Pal’s sole discretion, result in a ban of Super Likes for Instagram Pal usage. If you deactivate your account, you will no longer have access to previously Purchased Content even if you later re-activate your account or create a new account. Upon the Purchased Content being made available to you, Super Likes for Instagram Pal's obligations to provide Purchase Content are deemed fulfilled.
The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Additional Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles. The United Nations Conventions for International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.
Super Likes for Instagram Pal Service is provided “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. You use the Super Likes for Instagram Pal Service at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Super Likes for Instagram Pal and all owners of the content make no representations and disclaim any warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Super Likes for Instagram Pal be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation of any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage):
- Access to the Service or inability to access to the Service;
- Any third party's conduct, content, information or data;
- Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and/or use of (or your inability to access and use) the Super Likes for Instagram Pal services, including, without limitation, making private content public or any damage caused to your computer or software or information stored thereon;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of Super Likes for Instagram Pal Services and/or any and all personal, private, and/ or other information stored therein.
