Your use of the LikesActivePic software (the "Software"),LikesActivePic’s mobile application (the "Application"), is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of, and agreement to, this Terms Of Service Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to your use of the Service.
As used herein, the term "you" and "your" shall mean you, either individually or as a single entity. All references to "we," "us" or "our" shall refer to LikesActivePic.
These Terms of Service set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services. You must accept these Terms prior to using the Site and/or the Application. If there are changes to the Terms of Service, LikesActivePic will publish the modified content on its website; once the revised version of the Terms of Service is published on the web, it is immediately effective and replaces the original. It is your responsibility to check the app for changes to these Terms.
If you do not agree with the Terms of Service or any subsequent amendments, you can choose to stop using LikesActivePic services.If you continue to use the Service after the revised Terms go into effect, then you have accepted the changes to these Terms.

Your use of the Service may also include the use of applications that are developed or owned by a third party. 1.NOTICE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS: By granting your child permission to download and access an app from us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this LikesActivePic on behalf of your child. You are responsible for exercising supervision over your children's online activities. If you do not agree to this LikesActivePic, do not let your child use our apps or associated features. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 8 and believe that he or she is using the Apps, please contact us.
2. You use the LikesActivePic services only for personal purposes (you may not use them for commercial purposes). You may not use the LikesActivePic services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Service and your Content (defined below), including but not limited to, copyright laws. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links and other content or materials (collectively, “Content”) that you submit, post or display on or via the Service.
3. You must not interfere or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature, or access LikesActivePic's private API by any means other than in compliance with rules we set on API access.
4. You must not spam or submit any unwanted email or comments to any users of the LikesActivePic services, or use web URLs in your username without prior written consent from LikesActivePic.
5. You are not allowed to resell or charge others for use of or access to the LikesActivePic services, or duplicate, reproduce, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the LikesActivePic services in any medium without LikesActivePic's prior written authorization
6. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in LikesActivePic’s sole discretion, result in a ban of LikesActivePic usage. You understand and agree that LikesActivePic cannot and will not be responsible for the Content stylize on the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for LikesActivePic, we can stop providing all or part of the Service to you.
Some of the LikesActivePic Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. You agree that LikesActivePic may place advertising and promotions on, about, or in conjunction with your Content. The manner, mode, and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without notice to you. You acknowledge that we may not always identify paid services, sponsored content, or commercial communications as such.
The LikesActivePic Services may include virtual items or services that can be licensed for a fee, typically via an in-app purchase ("Purchased Content"). You may only license Purchased Content if you are over 18 years old, and only on a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable and revocable basis for non-commercial use only. If you deactivate your account, you will no longer have access to previously Purchased Content even if you later re-activate your account or create a new account. LikesActivePic reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Purchase Content at any time. Upon the Purchased Content being made available to you, LikesActivePic's obligations to provide Purchase Content are deemed fulfilled.
The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Additional Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles. The United Nations Conventions for International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.
We make a significant effort to provide the best Service we are able to, but we make no promises, representation, warranties, or guarantees that the Service will operate as intended. Errors or other interruptions may cause the Service to not function as intended. By using the Service, you understand and accept this risk.
LikesActivePic make any warranties or representations about the service and any content available on the service, including, but not limited to, the accuracy, reliability, completeness appropriateness, timeliness, or reliability thereof. LikesActivePic will not be subject to liability for the truth, accuracy, or completeness of any content on the service, or for errors, mistakes, or omissions therein, or for any delays or interruptions of the data or information stream from whatever cause. as a user, you agree that you use the service and any content thereon at your own risk. you are solely responsible for all content you upload to the service.
LikesActivePic does not warrant that the service will operate error free, or that the service and any content thereon are free of computer viruses or similar contamination or destructive features. if your use of the service or any content thereon results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, no LikesActivePic party will be responsible for those costs.
the service and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. accordingly, to the greatest extent permitted by law LikesActivePic disclaims all warranties thereto, including, but not limited to, the warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement of third parties rights, and fitness for particular purpose.
The Apps may contain links to and from third party Apps of our business partners, advertisers, and social media sites. If you follow a link to any of these apps or websites, please note that these apps or websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check the individual policies before you submit any information to those apps or websites.

We do not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation included in other websites.
