You must not interfere or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature, or access PANOGRID's private API by any means other than in compliance with rules we set on API access.
4. You must not spam or submit any unwanted email or comments to any users of the PANOGRID services, or use web URLs in your username without prior written consent from PANOGRID.
5. You are not allowed to resell or charge others for use of or access to the PANOGRID services, or duplicate, reproduce, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the PANOGRID services in any medium without PANOGRID's prior written authorization
6. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in PANOGRID’s sole discretion, result in a ban of PANOGRID usage. You understand and agree that PANOGRID cannot and will not be responsible for the Content stylize on the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for PANOGRID, we can stop providing all or part of the Service to you.
Some of the PANOGRID Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. You agree that PANOGRID may place advertising and promotions on, about, or in conjunction with your Content. The manner, mode, and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without notice to you. You acknowledge that we may not always identify paid services, sponsored content, or commercial communications as such.
The PANOGRID Services may include virtual items or services that can be licensed for a fee, typically via an in-app purchase ("Purchased Content"). You may only license Purchased Content if you are over 18 years old, and only on a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable and revocable basis for non-commercial use only. If you deactivate your account, you will no longer have access to previously Purchased Content even if you later re-activate your account or create a new account. PANOGRID reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Purchase Content at any time. Upon the Purchased Content being made available to you, PANOGRID's obligations to provide Purchase Content are deemed fulfilled.
The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Additional Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles. The United Nations Conventions for International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.
without limiting the foregoing, except as expressly stated in these terms, you understand and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk and that the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PANOGRID expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions including, without limitation, warranties and conditions of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non- infringement, and those arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. PANOGRID makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any materials, information or data available through, or the performance of, the services.
PANOGRID does not represent or warrant that (a) you will be able to access or use the site, services and/or the application at the times or locations of your choosing; (b) that operation of the site, services or the application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (c) your use of the site, services or the application will meet your requirements; (d) defects in the operation of the site, services or the application will be corrected; or (e) the site, services or the application is free of viruses or other harmful components.

any material available (or intended to be available) on or by means of the services or information or advice received by means of the services;
any error or omission of PANOGRID, or any act or omission of any third party;
any error, delay, interruption, operational problem, unavailability, or failure in the site, the application or any component thereof, or any directly or indirectly related equipment, system, programming, or network (including the internet);
any breach of security involving the services or your account; or any viruses or other code or component that may affect your computer system, mobile device or other property as a result of your use of the services.
