Your use of the Unique Fonts & Captions software (the "Software"),Unique Fonts & Captions’s mobile application (the "Application"), is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of, and agreement to, this Terms Of Service Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to your use of the Service.
As used herein, the term "you" and "your" shall mean you, either individually or as a single entity. All references to "we," "us" or "our" shall refer to Unique Fonts & Captions.
These Terms of Use (collectively the "Terms") set forth the legally binding terms and conditions which are applicable to your use of any of the Applications ("App", "Apps" or "Services") from Unique Fonts & Captions in this policy.
If you access or use the Service, it means you agree to be bound by all of the terms below. So, before you use the Service, please read all of the terms. If you don't agree to all of the terms below, please do not use the Service.
Unique Fonts & Captions may modify this Agreement, effective immediately, at any time, including, without limitation, to impose or modify charges for use of the the Software, the Application, and/or the Service or any portion thereof. Your continued access to or use of the the Software, the Application, and/or the Service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement means that you accept and agree to abide by such changes.If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Services.

We will not rent, reveal or sell all your information to third parties (or the group of companies of which Unique Fonts & Captions is a part) and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your consent.
1.You represent and warrant that you are at least 8 years of age. If you are under age 8, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use the Services. If you are under age of majority under the laws which apply to you, your parent or other legal representative must agree to the Terms of Services on your behalf, otherwise you may not use the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Services to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.
2. You use the Unique Fonts & Captions services only for personal purposes (you may not use them for commercial purposes). You may not use the Unique Fonts & Captions services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Service and your Content (defined below), including but not limited to, copyright laws. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links and other content or materials (collectively, “Content”) that you submit, post or display on or via the Service.
3. You must not interfere or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature, or access Unique Fonts & Captions's private API by any means other than in compliance with rules we set on API access.
4. You must not spam or submit any unwanted email or comments to any users of the Unique Fonts & Captions services, or use web URLs in your username without prior written consent from Unique Fonts & Captions.
5. You are not allowed to resell or charge others for use of or access to the Unique Fonts & Captions services, or duplicate, reproduce, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the Unique Fonts & Captions services in any medium without Unique Fonts & Captions's prior written authorization
6. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in Unique Fonts & Captions’s sole discretion, result in a ban of Unique Fonts & Captions usage. You understand and agree that Unique Fonts & Captions cannot and will not be responsible for the Content stylize on the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for Unique Fonts & Captions, we can stop providing all or part of the Service to you.
Some of the Unique Fonts & Captions Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. You agree that Unique Fonts & Captions may place advertising and promotions on, about, or in conjunction with your Content. The manner, mode, and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without notice to you. You acknowledge that we may not always identify paid services, sponsored content, or commercial communications as such.
The Unique Fonts & Captions Services may include virtual items or services that can be licensed for a fee, typically via an in-app purchase ("Purchased Content"). You may only license Purchased Content if you are over 18 years old, and only on a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable and revocable basis for non-commercial use only. If you deactivate your account, you will no longer have access to previously Purchased Content even if you later re-activate your account or create a new account. Unique Fonts & Captions reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Purchase Content at any time. Upon the Purchased Content being made available to you, Unique Fonts & Captions's obligations to provide Purchase Content are deemed fulfilled.
The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Additional Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles. The United Nations Conventions for International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.
We make a significant effort to provide the best Service we are able to, but we make no promises, representation, warranties, or guarantees that the Service will operate as intended. Errors or other interruptions may cause the Service to not function as intended. By using the Service, you understand and accept this risk.
Unique Fonts & Captions make any warranties or representations about the service and any content available on the service, including, but not limited to, the accuracy, reliability, completeness appropriateness, timeliness, or reliability thereof. Unique Fonts & Captions will not be subject to liability for the truth, accuracy, or completeness of any content on the service, or for errors, mistakes, or omissions therein, or for any delays or interruptions of the data or information stream from whatever cause. as a user, you agree that you use the service and any content thereon at your own risk. you are solely responsible for all content you upload to the service.
Unique Fonts & Captions does not warrant that the service will operate error free, or that the service and any content thereon are free of computer viruses or similar contamination or destructive features. if your use of the service or any content thereon results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, no Unique Fonts & Captions party will be responsible for those costs.
the service and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. accordingly, to the greatest extent permitted by law Unique Fonts & Captions disclaims all warranties thereto, including, but not limited to, the warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement of third parties rights, and fitness for particular purpose.
The Apps may contain links to and from third party Apps of our business partners, advertisers, and social media sites. If you follow a link to any of these apps or websites, please note that these apps or websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check the individual policies before you submit any information to those apps or websites.
Certain links contained in this website that refers to other websites of third parties are not in control of Unique Fonts & Captions. We do not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation included in other websites. The names of actual companies and products in this website may be the trademarks of their respective owners
